In the animal kingdom, there are many ways to react to when the going gets weird. Creatures can puff up, make noise, take off, hide, fall over, or even make a stink, all in the name of handling being uncertain or confused.

But if you’re a human-type animal (especially a human-type kid), you’ve got another option: you can keep your cool and think your way through new information and big questions.
